This story, starts at the beginning of the last century, in Caldiero a town situated in Verona’s province.
Since then, Caldiero is a famous touristic destination, well known for its thermal park, and for being a crossroad town, easy connected with the bordering areas.
Immersed in green hills and country fields, Caldiero is near to the Beautiful Verona with its ancient story from one side, and Soave from the other imposing with its famous castle.
Is there, at the beginning of the 20th century, where Eugenio Brusco created the “Brusco Hotel and Restaurant”.

Since then, several years passed, but Italo before and Umberto later and his relatives, maintained unchanged the hospitality of that times, always recreating around their guest the serenity and warmth of home.
Situated in a land well known in the world for the ancient tradition of the wines production,  the Brusco’ Family reserves to its guests not only the flavors of the traditional Venetian kitchen, but offers also Italian and international dishes selecting carefully the products.
